- Please tell the group about your work in education
- I have a great title - Curriculum Innovation Advisor.
I used to teach Art and Design, but got hooked on technology and worked on the TESEP (Transforming and Enhancing the Student Experience through E Learning)project for 2 1/2 years. I'm still hooked....it's getting more and more interesting.
- Briefly, in what ways do you presently use the internet in an education context?
- I use Moodle as a platform to work with lecturers in implementing our Learning, Teaching and Assessment Strategy. We also use all kinds of technology, including video, podcasts, mobiles etc and use the internet on a daily basis whether it's Yutube, Flickr, Facebook, widgets, Google apps....the list goes on
- What do you wish to get out of participating in edonis over the next 3 years?
- To have a community of colleagues to bounce ideas off
